Sapporo is the Capital of Hokkaido and the fifth largest city in Japan.
Sapporo is well known for it's Snow Festival ( Sapporo Yuki Matsuri) which is held annually for one week in early February. This particular events attracts more than two million people from abroad as well as Japan.
